Before the call.

I research your vertical, your competitive set, and pull whatever public data exists on your GTM posture — website, content, LinkedIn, review sites, SEO profile. You arrive to an analyst who has done the homework, not a blank canvas waiting for you to explain your market.

First 15 minutes: Diagnosis.

I tell you what I observe about your current GTM based on my research and your answers to my questions. I ask pointed questions. This is not small talk. The goal is to identify the actual bottleneck — not the symptom you came in with.

Second 15 minutes: Recommendation.

I tell you specifically what I would do — whether or not you hire me. If there's a strategic play I can see clearly, I'll share it. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so directly and try to point you toward who can.
