// SCOPE

JKC, LLC provides fractional GTM (go-to-market) engineering services on a monthly retainer basis. Services include strategic advisory, documented deliverables (positioning documents, ICP definitions, channel strategies, nurture architectures), and weekly strategy sessions.

This is strategic advisory, not implementation services.

// AGREEMENTS

All engagements are governed by individual service agreements executed between JKC, LLC and the client. The specific terms, scope, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in the applicable service agreement.

// BILLING

Fees are invoiced monthly via Stripe. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in the applicable service agreement.

// CANCELLATION

Cancellation terms are defined in each client's individual service agreement. Clients may cancel their engagement per the terms specified in their contract.

There is no universal cancellation period — terms vary by engagement.

// REFUNDS

Fees for completed work are non-refundable. If a dispute arises regarding services rendered, contact me@jonokrawczyk.com to discuss resolution.

All disputes are resolved per the terms of the applicable service agreement.

// LIABILITY

JKC, LLC provides strategic advisory services. Outcomes depend on client implementation and market conditions. JKC, LLC is not liable for business outcomes resulting from the application of strategic recommendations.
